I realized, today, my second working day of local eating, to be a bit more difficult then I thought it would be. Seeing as I work at a local natural food store
that promotes local organic merchandise. I have found that many
"made in maine" products have good intentions, but in the end do not comply with my diet restrictions. Alot of these products fall under the grain category. Ive realized that I am going to have to buy bulk quantities of Maine Grown flours and oats and
produce some of my own granola, pizza dough, crackers etc.
I am looking forward to it but am sure there will be some trial and error
involved in the process.

Transportation included my work commute of 28 miles on bicycle with an
extra 4 around town on my Skylarker.
