What a day ! The food today was amazing...Im really enjoying constructing plates with these beautiful little baby greens... I have some already sprouting in my living room and out on the rooftop deck. Cant wait for a meal full of our harvest. Couple more weeks.. though I have found the flavor of a 1" onion sprout is pretty hard to compare.... a few strands of those on a scallop soon come !
