Today was another quick and easy day for preparing food. With a couple jars still full of soup in the fridge and yet another rainy day...it only made sense to dive back into a warm hearty bowl of soup which by now has turned more into a gruel like substance. With the addition of a fresh loaf of Mother Oven Greek Peasant Bread that was delivered today...I decided to spruce up dinner with a little grilled cheese on the side. The mixture of cheddar and chevre melted in between to hearty pieces of bread...mmmmmm

Transportation today included another rainy 28 miles on the bicycle as well a 2 miles of errand walking with Cassi.
