Day 170 LocalrootZ Project (June 21,2010)

Breakfast
Plain Swallowtail Yogurt
w/ Honey
 
Lunch
Sliced Tomato and Basil

Dinner
Garlic Curried Pollock
w/ Lacinato Kale, Collards & Fingerling Taters






A nice garden fresh dinner to start off the week.  The collards and kale taste so good freshly harvested...I didn't really think there would be much of a difference from my greens and the ones I get from the local farms but there is... however its probably all in my head !  Anyhow its very rewarding to be using our garden as a major source of kitchen ingredients.


Transportation Today
Work Commute : 22 miles bicycle
Errands : 3 miles walking
