Another day of leftover lasagna... it never seems to get old just better and better. I started the morning off with a quick trip over to the farmer's market in Monument Square in order to pick up a little fresh produce for the shelf at my job in Scarborough... not knowing when Ill ever have 12# of Spinach and a dozen bunches of radishes loaded into the LocalrootZ trailer so I figured Id snap a few shots when I arrived at work...
from farmer to store via bicycle...now that's local !
