After the success of yesterdays casserole we decided to take the leftover lobsters that we got sent home with and replicate the dish with the addition of the lobster. Boy was that a good idea ! The crispy bread crumbs with a cheesy lobster asparagus base make a perfect combination ! More casseroles to come in the future.
