Day 139 LocalrootZ Project (May 21, 2010)

Breakfast
Plain Swallowtail Yogurt
w/ Honey

Lunch
Local Salad Mix
w/ fermented slaw


Dinner
Leftover Pasta
w/ Broccoli Cheese Sauce
and Fiddleheads
Side of Aroostook Garlic Toast
Glass of Cranberry Apple Wine



 Another fast yet rewarding day.  I added a few fiddleheads that I sauteed in garlic and butter into the leftovers to give it a little spunk.  A cool glass of Sweetgrass Cranberry Apple Wine from Union.  
I need to take a moment and shine a little light over on that magical winery/distillery we have in our great state.  Needless to say when they head down south with a carload we get a special order !
