Because we were away for the weekend we had used up alot of things I was worried would go bad. Another reason for bare shelves after leaving for the weekend was that we missed our Saturday Farmers Market and therefore had limited fixins to cook up a quick one tonight. Ther end result was our old stand by.... thaw out some Mother Oven bread, slather with butter, grate some assorted herbs and cheese and brown !
