Never got a final photo of this meal... we had a friend Eric over for dinner and followed his vegan diet in the menu. I marinated Lalibella Tempeh in cider syrup, cider vinegar and green garlic... then after browning it up in sunflower oil, I tossed it with some wilted swiss chard and sorrel.
