Today was a wonderful day for bicycle commuting with the clear salt dried roads had me on my touring bicycle for a bit of reprieve from  my winter truck of a bike.  Its always nice to pass a few cars going down route one @ 6 in the morning !  Anyhow... My friend Todd pitched me a recipe while I was at work today and I gave it a bit of an adapted try.... Basic and easy it was all in the butter, I pureed a stick of butter with a couple cups of dulse seaweed.  Then rubbed a couple tablespoons onto the cusk and baked in tinfoil (suppose to be parchment paper but Ill have to pick some up @ Leroux tomorrow.  Anyhow I really enjoyed the "ocean" qualities the seaweed gave the firm white flesh not to mention the lack of added salt I needed in the dish. Thanks Todd Ill try it with parchment soon come !

Transportation Today
Work Commute : 15 miles Bicycle
Errands : 3 miles Walking
