Day Forty Two's Consumption

June 11, 2009.

Plain Sheep's Milk Yogurt
w/ honey

Mashed Great White Heirloom Taters
w/ Sea Salt, Rosemary & Goat Cheese
Asparagus

Baked Cortland Apples
w/ oats and honey

Maple Blueberry Ice Cream

Today was that rush rush day I had prepared for... early bowl of oatmeal with Cassi then off to work for both of us. After a long day and a swift commute... I arrived home with Cassi finishing off last nights pizza. I opted on cooking up a quick dish of mashed taters with some roasted asparagus on top. this proved to be both filling and tasty. After an early dinner it was over to Percy Cycles to replace my badly beat up headset on my Ras commuter !

Transportation for today included 22 miles of bicycle commuting.
