Today was a blazing day on the bicycle... tearing up hills and flashing through the city like your breath on a cool autumn morning. We ate very well starting the morning with breakfast together and meeting back at home with my workday complete and Cassi's half over we sat for a scrumptious dinner fresh from the Atlantic. As Cassi left for her second shift... I organized some music onto my ipod and slashed through the peninsula once again...returning home as darkness engulfed the peninsula in a foggy mist... at home I concocted a new ice cream flavor...

Strawberry Ice Cream
3 cups Goat Milk
1/2 cup Maple Syrup
3/4 cup Pureed Fresh Strawberries

Add milk and maple syrup to ice cream maker...let churn for 15 or so minutes. Put small bowl of fresh strawberries through the food processor till soupy...chunky but soupy...add the strawberries 5 or so minutes before ice cream is done churning. Enjoy !
