A plate full of the Maine Coast...

Line Caught Haddock
(purchased from Free Range Fish & Lobster)
Asparagus roasted w/ butter & sea salt
(Moarr Farm, Smiling Hill Farm, Maine Sea Salt Company)
Roasted Shallots & Bok Choy
(Rippling Waters Farm)
Mashed Great White Heirloom Taters w/ Goat Cheese
(Crown of Maine, Sunset Acres)

This is one of our favorite meals...it can be thrown together in less than a half hour and has been known to fill us to our gills !
